From “this isn’t working”
to a system people can run.
AI Implementation
and Operations Engineer
He meters the whole circuit before he touches a wire. Twenty-six years of doing that in network closets, on job sites, and on sales floors is why the AI systems he builds today still hold up after the demo is over.
He connects the business problem, the technical build, and the people who have to live with the result.
Roles he fits: AI Implementation Engineer · AI Operations / Agent Orchestration Lead · Solutions or Implementation Architect · Automation Engineer · AI Enablement Lead

Experience
AI and Automation
2025 to present · in daily productionCurrent hands-on work, all of it running in production rather than in a demo: AI workflows, the infrastructure under them, and the tools people use every day, each with review gates and a named human owner. It runs SecureProspective, the business he founded, and the same patterns carry to any team.
- 01
AI agent operations
Runs a multi-machine AI operation that routes each task to the right local or frontier model, separates implementation from review, and requires human approval before any change merges. Preserves intermediate findings so interrupted runs can resume. Used daily for research, code, and content.
- 02
SP+ secure advisor workstation
Designed and released SP+ (v0.11.5), a locked-down Linux workstation for financial advisors. Signed updates, 74 build-time and 80 runtime security checks, a published package manifest, and one-step rollback so every change can be verified and reversed.
- 03
Command Center
The live operating dashboard for the business. Plain-text records are the source of truth, guarded writes stop simultaneous edits from silently overwriting work, and priorities and marketing analytics live in one view.
- 04
Automated recurring operations
Scheduled services handle document discovery and archiving, hash-verified backups with tested restores, campaign cadences with a kill switch, and health monitoring across servers, virtual machines, and cloud.
- 05
Self-hosted collaboration services
A self-hosted Nextcloud portal gives a sales team private, company-branded file storage and sharing. A self-hosted Postiz scheduler runs social publishing. Both live on company-owned servers and publish securely through Cloudflare.
- 06
Engineering standard for AI-assisted development
Authored the rulebook AI coding agents must follow: an eleven-layer standard where every change passes automated security scans and multi-agent review before a human signs off.
- 07
Web
Built and deployed secureprospective.com with invite-only member authentication. Built a website for a nonprofit client and migrated client sites to Cloudflare.

- Supported eight active producers at roughly $18M in annual annuity volume.
- Translated retirement income, life insurance, and long-term care needs into case strategies agents could explain and close. Specialty in federal benefits: FERS, CSRS, TSP, FEHB, and LEO, ATC, and researcher variations.
- Trained new agents from preparation through application and policy issue. At American Income Life, managed underwriting requirements, exams, policy modifications, and application quality.

- Promoted to foreman mid-project at Centech after the foreman quit. Delivered a low-voltage resident-notification system for an assisted-living facility while specs, drawings, and equipment lists changed daily.
- Military housing and base work for Louisiana Electric Company across Camp Pendleton, Yuma MCAS, 29 Palms, Vance, Barksdale, Little Rock, and Edwards.
- At Miele, ran site inspections for large installs, solved delivery problems in the field, trained new hires before formal training, and helped write guides for the concierge care team.

- Completed 400+ PC migrations across three Starwood locations, including hardware reconciliation and peripheral setup.
- Installed the USDA wide-area network along an 83-site route through Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas: Cisco router and switch cutovers into live circuits, AS/400 shutdown and verification, documented for the helpdesk.
- On the Bank of America rollout, the Baltimore office had not received a single Tivoli push the night before the team flew home. Traced it to a registry fault, patched it, and got every machine deployed by 4 AM.

If you are hiring for this
What a team actually gets- You bought AI tools and not much changed.
He starts with the work, not the tool. The question is what your people do every week and which part of it a model should carry.
- You need someone both sides of the building trust.
He has been the field tech, the foreman, and the new hire on a sales floor. He can sit with operations in the morning and the infrastructure in the afternoon.
- It has to still work next quarter.
Review gates, tested restores, and a named human owner come standard. The people who use it are part of the build, so it fits how they actually work.
Six capabilities, each with its proof
Puts AI to work, not on display
Starts with the process your people already run, decides where a model genuinely helps and where a person has to make the call, and ships it with review, logging, and a way back.
ProofA multi-model agent operation in daily use; SP+ released with 150+ automated checks.
Finds the real problem first
Electrical work taught him a reading is true or it is not. He finds the actual fault before anyone spends money fixing the wrong one.
ProofThe registry fault behind a stalled Bank of America rollout; a job site where the specs changed every day.
Takes the busywork off the table
Recurring work becomes scheduled, watched, recoverable services, with an off switch the owner holds, not the vendor.
ProofArchiving, hash-verified backups with tested restores, campaign cadences with a kill switch, health monitoring.
Owns the stack underneath
Comfortable from the rack to the edge. When something breaks at 2 AM, he is not waiting on someone else to explain the infrastructure.
ProofProxmox and Linux fleet tunneled to Cloudflare Pages, Workers, R2, and D1; a USDA WAN install across 83 sites.
Builds the way back in
Every change gets checked, signed, and reversible. Security is part of how the system is built, not a coat of paint at the end.
ProofSP+ signing, firewall, and rollback controls; a written standard AI coders have to pass.
Talks to the floor and the server room
Has sold, trained, installed, and supported. He explains the system in the language of the people who have to use it.
ProofHP and MCI WorldCom customer support; trained new installers at Miele and new sales agents in insurance.

Voltage is present or it is not. Code is right or it is wrong. There is no persuasive language that repairs a false reading.
Christopher Campbell
Wired to build, and to keep it running.
Kolbe measures how a person naturally takes action, not intelligence or personality. His profile reads like his résumé: a builder first, who clears out the unknowns before he moves, then keeps the system running once it works.
For a team, that means fewer surprises after launch.
- Fact Finder4
- Explain. Gathers what matters, adds context, checks the facts.
- Follow Thru6
- Maintain. Sustains working systems and replicates patterns that hold.
- Quick Start3
- Stabilize. Removes unknowns and reduces mistakes before moving.
- Implementor7
- Build. Constructs lasting, tangible solutions and protective environments.
